Diagnosis 
CommentDistribution: map in DIXON et al. 1993: 149.

Habitat: partly arboreal (Harrington et al. 2018). 
EtymologyThe species name, ‘monticola’, is Latin for ‘inhabitant of the mountains’ (Latin “colere” = inhabiting).
