Comment	Synonymy after INGER & MARX 1965. Abundance: rare, only known from a few specimens (Stuebing et al. 2014)
Etymology	Named after Dr. Carl Sophus Lumholtz (1851-1922), a Norwegian naturalist, ethnologist, humanist, and explorer.
